Charlene took the extra time to find a carpet that was in stock. She had measurements done almost the next day and installation as promised. Sam the installation manager was more than accommodating when I had to change the date. The installers showed up on time, asked if I had questions and we very considerate of the furniture they had to move. I cannot thank you ALL enough for checking this off my list with plenty of time to spare!!
